ET Password Error?

Anyone else having trouble getting into ET today. Worked fine for me this morning but around 11 it stopped opening for me, I just told to log in. When I try it won't accept my password and when I try the "forgot my password" it takes me to another age where I can enter my email address and I should be sent a one time password but when I hit return it comes up with an error saying the number the sent doesn't match... well, they never actually sent me a number.

Must have been a cookie that expired and for some reason it doesn't like the password I've been using for years.

Has to be something at their end, I've been using the same gmail address for ten years. Seeing as they would not accept it I was trying to open a new account and only got this far:



I may have a cataract but I can not see any difference between my address that was accepted and the one below it that says they are not the same.

Just hit 300 posts a couple of days ago, maybe this is what you get as a prize.

I may have a cataract but I can not see any difference between my address that was accepted and the one below it that says they are not the same.

Paul - Your second email entry appears one character shorter. On a close look I see you missed the "i" in gmail in the second entry. It seems you are in now anyway.

Not sure how that would have happened Derek, I had no trouble getting to the site until after 11 AM.

I see that now, the missing "i" when I use a magnifying glass. Hope they call soon to get this cataract removed and I can see normally again. It's getting harder to draw now.
