    Who was Cyndi Richards?

    Hello,
I am by no means trying to be disrespectful, or open up old wounds, by I would like to be educated if possible. Who was Cyndi Richards to the MSTS community? I see a lot of respectful tribute thoughts and words i her honor in peoples sigs.
I have only been here since November 07, so did not have the chance to communicate with her, though someone did once point me to a link where she compiled a collection of helpful msts tools & utilities .
Again, it's not the sad details I am after, as I assume she passed away either suddenly, or battled her way out of this world. I just wondered what some of her contributions were so I could possibly explore them.

    Thanks,

    Neil

Cyndi was wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable, opinionated, and helpful. We had wonderful chats together about various topics. Cyndi helped me with my Miniwhale project, beta testing and sometimes just bugging me to to finish it.

Cyndi was also rather critical of the "at the time" trainsim community for being somewhat caustic (which it was) and we had a number of discussions about how it affected our desire to create new things. Taking long breaks was mentioned.

Just do a search with "cyndi richards"

We have a growing collection of ghosts in our community unfortunately
If you like what you see here at Trainsim.com, be it the discussions and knowledge in the forums, items saved in our library or the ongoing development of our TSRE Fork, I hope you'll consider a paid membership to help support keeping the site operating.... Thanks!
