    Tim Griffin

Apparently our colleague Tim Griffin has passed away. I don't know any details, other than "after a brief illness." Was notified on Facebook. I think he would have liked to be remembered here.

    Rest in peace, Tim.

We have a couple users with that name... UPSD70ACE is the only one with any post activity.

From posts that Otto made, it sounds like Tim was into Railworks and TS2013, so it's possible he didn't have an account here but was active on either UKTS or RWA.

I hope it wasn't Marty Griffin (whose proper name is Martyn T. Griffin). He created a bunch of the early "canon" in terms of utilities and rolling stock.

jefffarq if you want to post some details in your original post, I've moved this over to the obituary forum.

I'm pretty sure his username here was UPSD70ACE. His sister didn't post any details other than his death after a short illness. He was more into TS2013 in recent years, even got me to give it a try.
