The vendor has confirmed that including www is part of the problem.

• The first login gets attempted at www.trainsim.com and fails after redirecting to trainsim.com
• The second log in at trainsim.com is what is successful

I've looked thru the rest of the functionality including the search engine, and made sure that there are not any remaining redirects which reference www

Please let me know if you still see issues.

I have to ask, why do I have to login for each topic I want to read?

Login to see them and then login again to read them.

Today, I need to login once, to enter our site, not more after.
Normally, I don't even need to do the initial login.

I didn't have to log in Today.

From what I understand is that we are being logged out by the malicious action of the bots.

This brings up an interesting question. How does the bot get high enough authority to log us out? How does the bot get high enough authority to get into our account to log us out?

BTW - I am not a programmer. I am a hardware type with a pencil in my hand.

My free quota says it was over-exceeded, however I had not gone over the limit. I don't know why, I was downloading content for my game like normal.. (Sorry if i had already wrote a message aabout this, I just found out about the bug report forum that existed.)

For me, the 'Mark Channels Read' works OK (with Edge).
But to enter our site I need to Log in twice, yet.

Hi Eric,
I solved the "Mark Channels Read" problem by logging out, then logging in again, BUT, it only works if I log in afresh each time I visit, ie if I don't use the 'Remember me' box..
